Unlike other brokers, our business strategy is aimed at being trusted financial advisors to our clients – Not simply to lodging home loan applications to get the maximum borrowing capacity.

Therefore, this fee secures your place to work with us and covers your initial strategy, lender research, and application preparation. It ensures we dedicate the time and resources to individually tailor your loan correctly, right from the start.

How else do you get paid?

As a broker our services get paid directly from the lender after settlement.
